  • Interior lane closures, westbound H Street NE: Traffic on H Street between 4th Street NE and the eastern base of the Hopscotch Bridge will be diverted to the outside curb lane, with only one lane of traffic open between 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • No left turns from southbound 3rd Street onto H Street NE: Traffic flowing southbound on 3rd Street will be limited to thru traffic and right-turning movements onto H Street between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. As an alternative, motorists north of H Street may use 4th Street or 5th Street to proceed south to H and turn left onto H.
  • No left turns from northbound 3rd Street onto H Street NE: Traffic flowing northbound on 3rd Street will be limited to thru traffic and right-turning movements onto H Street between the hours of 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. As an alternative, motorists south of H Street may use 5th Street to proceed north to H and turn left onto H.
  • No left turns from H Street NE onto 3rd Street in either direction during the construction hours: As alternatives, eastbound H Street motorists may make left turns north onto 5th Street, and westbound H Street motorists may make left turns south onto 4th Street.

Advance warning signs will be in place to alert and guide the traveling public.
